HOW TO USE
HOW SHOULD I USE MY ENJOYLIFE© MASSAGE GUN ?
1. Switch on your EnjoyLife© by switching the power button underneath the battery.
2. On the touchscreen, press the middle button to activate.
3. The left button is to increase the massage. The right button is to slow decrease.
3. For muscle activation, recovery, and pain relief, simply float your EnjoyLife© on your muscles that need the most attention. Your Massage Gun is designed to do all the work for you. You can apply a little pressure if needed, but it is not always necessary. Using too much pressure can harm your Massage Gun.
HOW TO USE AND HOW LONG SHOULD I USE MY ENJOYLIFE ?
Depending on the desired result, use your EnjoyLife for a minimum of 30 seconds
and a maximum of 2 minutes per muscle group.
A full-body session should not exceed 30 minutes. You can treat yourself 2 – 3 times per day.
30 SECONDS = MUSCLE ACTIVATION
Prior to workouts or physical activity, float your EnjoyLife for up to 30 seconds to instantly activate and “wake up” your muscles.
15 SECONDS = MUSCLE RE-ACTIVATION
Reactivate muscles during your workout or any activity by using your EnjoyLife for 15 seconds on the muscle group. This will re-energize, relieve muscle spasms and fatigue, and keep muscles active.
2 MINUTES = PAIN RELIEF and RECOVERY
Float your EnjoyLife for up to 2 minutes for muscle recovery post-workout. It will decrease soreness, and on any muscles that require immediate pain relief.
Always keep in mind, the use of your Massage gun needs to be comfortable. If you feel to much pain while using it, we suggest you see a physio therapist or doctor. Every situation is different and might need assistance from a medic.
HOW SHOULD I HOLD MY ENJOYLIFE WHILE USING ?
The EnjoyLife is carefully calibrated to be perfectly weighted and ergonomically sound, that is why the EnjoyLife design is made for optimal treatment use.
The easy-grip ergonomic handle allows maximum ease, comfort, and usability from different angles, especially when treating hard-to-reach areas – it is designed to “float” on the body and it will do the hard work for you.
HOW TO USE THE ACCESSORIES
big round ball : is for general use, to use the big muscle groups
small tip : is to use the small muscle groups and pain points/muscle balls
flat tip : is to be used for general use and warming up
fork : is to be used for difficult parts to reach (for example the achilles heel) and sensitive muscles
air cushion head : is to be used for sensitive muscle parts
thump head : is to be used for general body massage
We strongly recommend not to use the Massage Gun on bones. It is painful and can harm you.
