DELIVERY
We dispatch all orders from Monday to Friday, always early in the morning. When you place your order on Monday before 22.00, we dispatch it on Tuesday morning. When you place your order on Friday, we dispatch it on Monday morning.
We maintain a 2 days delivery from DHL, but we see differences in the last month. Shipments are subject to a span of 2 to 5 days, that is because new european rules, and DHL can transfer your shipment to the local post company. If your shipment does not arrive in the 5 days, please do not worry. We ask your understanding, once your order leaves our warehouse, we are subject to the transport company.
We reply your email and whatsapp message in 24 hours, in the weekend it can take 48 hours. Thank you for your understanding.
WHEN YOUR PRODUCT IS DELIVERED
- check if the amount of packages is same as mentioned on the note.
- check if the packages are free from water and unharmed
- In case any of the packages is harmed, inform us. We accept your claim during the first 3 days after delivery.
